Pipes

Berlin sits on a swamp. Shipping water around the city ended up achieved by aboveground pipes, to cut costs. Two companies, Pollems and Brechtel, consulted psychologists in order to see what colors would make the piping more attractive. Pollems installed pink and purple pipes, Brechtel went with blue.
